Joint Venture Agreement for the Establishment of PT AWINA RIKUDENKO SOLAR ENGINEERING INDONESIA (ARISE)
On December 6th, 2022, a joint venture agreement has been concluded between Hokuriku Electrical Construction Co., Ltd. – HOKURIKU DENKO (President Director: Yano Shigeru), AAI Co., Ltd – AAI (President Director: Ono Takahito) and PT Awina Sinergi International – AWINA (President Director: Ananda Setiyo Ivannanto). The joint venture was concluded to establish a solar power generation equipment leasing business in the Republic of Indonesia. This is HOKURIKU DENKO and AAI’s first overseas business development for solar power generation equipment leasing business.
The new company for this business is scheduled to be established and begin operations as soon as preparation are made.
