ARISE is a joint venture company between Japan and Indonesia. There are three companies behind the establishment of ARISE – Hokuriku Electrical Construction Co., Ltd. (RIKUDENKO), AAI Co., Ltd. (AAI), and PT Awina Sinergi International (AWINA). RIKUDENKO, an experienced company in the electrical construction field in Japan, holds the largest share in ARISE with 93.4% shares.
